The description was accurate - the space was clean, calm, and spacious. The owner was responsive and helped us with all our needs, including information about the city, shops, snacks, and transportation. The location was convenient, close to the train station and with a big supermarket nearby. The room was quiet, and we enjoyed our meals on the large terrace from nearby restaurants or our own supplies from the supermarket. Egidio, our superb host, even picked us up from the airport and recommended must-visit sights and restaurants in the area.

The room we stayed in at Bergamoincity was simply amazing! The kitchen had everything we needed, including a fridge, coffee machine, and microwave. Oh, and did I mention the balcony in the double room? It was perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning. we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Clean room with all necessary amenities - including a private bathroom and kitchenette in the common area. Great location - only a 7-min walk from the train station and close to the cable car to Cita Alta. The host was extremely welcoming and went above and beyond by picking us up from the airport - taking us to breakfast, and even dropping us off at the train station.

The free WiFi was so fast that I could binge-watch my favorite show on the flat-screen TV all night. The terrace was perfect for sipping my electric tea pot tea and pretending to like nature.

Couldn't find the hotel without the airport shuttle, but who needs signs and directions anyway?
